Worst customer service ever

I have been trying to contact this company for weeks about canceling my subscription. I emailed and they immediately contacted me asking why. I responded back and never heard back from them. Funny how they tried to keep me as a customer but once I said no they ghosted me. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling their number which isn't a working number. I'm contacting the BBB canceling my credit card and contacting my attorney . No excuse for this treatment!n3

Reel Tackle Box - Complaint
Placed order did not receive box. Called customer service left several messages no return call. I filed a complaint through my Bank then received a box with 4 packages of hooks that aren't even worth $5.00 total. Unable to cancel subscription. This is a scam horrible customer service and product.

I was in search of a new tackle subscription box when I found Reel Tackle Box. I decided to give it a try and placed my order without looking at reviews, big mistake. I was hoping that I would have a different experience but sadly I did not. I waited for nearly two months with no shipping notice. I emailed multiple times, the last demanding a refund, with no response but finally received an email with shipping information. Once the box arrived, I opened it hoping to find the contents to be worth the wait instead it was not even worth what I had paid. There were 3 baits that did not add up to the price of the box. To make things worse, they wont let you cancel until you pay for 3 of these terrible boxes.

Never received ANYTHING!!

I was given this as a present for Christmas by my daughter. I have never received ANYTHING! it's now the first week in march and still NOTHING! the tracking number provided doesn't tell you anything. I believe this company is a SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Never received boxes

Ive tried numerous times to contact Reel Tackle Box. Ive not received any of the boxes or gotten a refund. They refuse to respond or answer the phone. This is an all out SCAM! Theyre committing fraud and should be turned into the proper authorities. If you want to loose money, then be sure to subscribe to this scam.
